Sugar, Rhubarb (43%), Ginger (2%). Gelling agent: Fruit Pectin. Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid. Prepared with 45g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 65g per 100g.

Brings back childhood memories. My Gran used to make lots of things with the Rhubarb she grew in the garden.
