The haggis is made using Sirloin Beef, pre-cooked and shipped frozen. Re-heating instructions are included.

2 sizes are available 4lb and 8lb. A 4lb haggis is recommended for parties of approx 20 people and an 8lb haggis for approx 40 people based on 3oz serving per person. If haggis to be served as the main course then serving size would be higher and yield per haggis would be less.

Most Scottish haggis today are made with lamb or mutton. Lamb haggis has a milder flavor.
